Tom Frommack

Tom Frommack has spent his career building and creating new business opportunities of extraordinary value for customers. He is a General and Technical Manager with 26 years of progressive, cross-functional leadership experience. Tom has principally engaged in the startup, sale, engineering, and operation of technical solutions across a broad range of Industry. Most recently, he has been operating his own management consultancy with a diverse client base in Medical Devices and Defense IT. He has enabled his clients to develop employee health & disease management solutions, patented medical device products, provided Corporate Strategic Planning products and guided Enterprise Engineering, Business Development, and Cyber Acquisition Strategies for large Defense Contractors.

Prior to starting his management-consulting group, Tom served as the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Development at NJVC - a $400M Technical Services company and the 17th largest Defense Department Contractor - where his team launched and branded the company, established numerous strategic partnerships, and created a $1B+ sales opportunity pipeline. Prior to NJVC, Tom spent 11 years at Cisco Systems, Inc., where he developed effective General Management skills in leadership, communication, and sales at Cisco rising to build and oversee Engineering Sales and Service teams across diverse markets: Service Provider, Enterprise (Fortune 500), and the Federal Government. His last responsibility at Cisco led the operation and growth for all Client-facing Engineering Services across the U.S. Federal Government. Prior to leading the Federal market, Tom was responsible for all Field Operations of Cisco's Service Engineering Sales and Services Delivery business unit - an $800 million annual business. While at Cisco, Tom was selected to be in the inaugural group of leaders for Cisco's Senior Executive Leadership Development Program, which he completed in 2002. Prior to Cisco, Tom had the opportunity at GTE to create and grow their first Data Outsourcing Service that was customer-facing to Government and Industry clients.

Tom's pursuits outside of the workplace are largely "outside". That is to say, he enjoys hobby- farming at Triple-F Farm, fishing, camping, hunting and skeet shooting - and principally being in the outdoors. In addition to enjoying the outdoors, he takes great pleasure in the coaching, training and development of his five children - and being married to his wife Heather for 24 years.
